Dash Navigation (www.dash.net) a Silicon Valley startup backed by some of the world’s top Venture Capital firms including Sequoia Capital and Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers is fundamentally changing the commuting experience for drivers around the world. We are preparing to launch the first Internet-connected GPS device this month and the Web will play a larger-than- life role in our advertising and customer acquisition efforts. Responsibilities:

This individual will be responsible for creating all of Dash’s Internet advertising and online promotion activities, as a part of the company’s positioning and branding campaigns. Here's a pretty funny email forward I got at work today. Enjoy!

One day my mother was out and my dad was in charge of me and my brother who is four years older than I am. I was maybe 1 and a half years old and had just recovered from an accident in which my arm had been broken among other injuries.

Someone had given me a little 'tea set' as a get-well gift and it was one of my favorite toys. Daddy was in the living room engrossed in the evening news and my brother was playing nearby in the living room when I brought Daddy a little cup of 'tea', which was just water.

After several cups of tea and lots of praise for such yummy tea, my Mom came home. My Dad made her wait in the living room to watch me bring him a cup of tea, because it was 'just the cutest thing!!'

My Mom waited, and sure enough, here I come down the hall with a cup of tea for Daddy and she watches him drink it up, then says, "Did it ever occur to you that the only place that baby can reach to get water is the toilet??"

If there's one big secret that most of my friends don't know, it's that I'm pretty good friends with Carmen Electra. Anyways, it's too hard to keep it a secret anymore. Plus, rumors and videos are starting to pop up. Below is one of them. Now that you know that I'm friends with her, please don't bug me to ask her for autographs, pictures, etc. She's actually a pretty private person when it comes to her personal life.

Vote 756 and Sharks Jerseys

I'm sure most of you heard that the fan who caught Barry Bonds' record breaking homerun ball (#756) last month in SF ended up selling the ball in an online auction. Well...the winner was Marc Ecko, a fashion designer (of one of my favorite brands ). He paid $752,467 (plus 20% commission to the company that conducted the auction) for the ball. Anyways, he set up a web site where people can vote on what he should do with the ball. There are 3 choices:

A) Bestow it - Give the ball to Cooperstown (Baseball Hall of Fame).

B) Brand it - Use a branding iron to put on an asterisk, then send it to Cooperstown.

C) Banish it - "Put the ball on a rocket ship and launch it into orbit, a moon shot for the ages. Out of sight, out of mind."

On another note, the San Jose Sharks revealed their new jerseys.

When the Sharks revealed their new logo back in July, I actually liked it. However, I don't really like their new jerseys. What's with the stripes and the orange color? Since when did the Sharks ever have orange in their original colors? My favorite Sharks jersey was their black alternate jersey below.

This morning as I was driving to work, I was listening to 106.5FM. They were mentioning there was a survey conducted asking women "What men wear that is unsexy" (believe it or not, unsexy is a word...haha). Here are the top 4 results:
